Special Instruction for Gold & Silver Purchases Exceeding $10,000
AGR welcomes larger orders of its gold and silver bullion products. However, all orders totaling more than $10,000 need to be placed and confirmed by phone. At the time of checkout, you will be prompted to call in to the Special Order Desk where your order will be locked and finalized.
The Special Order Desk is open from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. Calls before or after regular business hours will be returned during business hours. Please note:
1. The Special Order Desk can only take orders of $10,000 or more. Smaller orders must be placed via the normal ordering system on this website.
2. The Special Order Desk is not able to help with customer service requests, or problems with orders under $10,000.
3. For all orders above $10,000, special payment procedures may apply.
